Position Summary
We are seeking licensed Clinicians to work with clients in our residential addiction treatment program in Winchester, Kentucky.
This a full time, salaried position with benefits. (This is not contract work.)

Our mission is to educate, treat, and support individuals and families seeking recovery from the brokenness of addiction and the struggle of mental illness. Our program utilizes a whole-person, client-centered approach to provide a positive therapeutic environment that facilitates personal discovery and change.
Essential Functions
- Create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all clients
- Perform comprehensive client assessments to determine appropriate level of care
- Provide individual counseling and group counseling services for residential and sober living substance use treatment clients
- Formulate and document appropriate client diagnoses
- Develop and update treatment plans utilizing therapeutically appropriate, evidence-based interventions designed to facilitate and maximize client success
- Maintain timely and accurate client records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and agency requirements
- Refer clients for case management for additional support as needed
- Participate in staffing meetings, quality assurance meetings, and utilization reviews
- Liaise with case managers, physicians, and other treatment team members as needed
- Maintain all requirements for licensure, training, and continuing education
Qualifications
- Currently licensed (independently or under supervision) by the state of Kentucky to provide mental health therapy services, including the following: LPCC, LPCA, LSCW, CSW, LPP, LPA, LCADC, CADC (required)
- Experience in treating clients struggling with substance use (preferred)
- Experience providing mental health services in a residential treatment setting (preferred)
- Criminal background check and drug screen required prior to employment offer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
