What You’ll Do:
· Provide superior experience for our customers with every wash
· Educate our customers on our wash offerings and benefits of our unlimited wash club
· Actively engage with customers before and after their wash
· Maintain quality standards through a series of checks throughout the day
· Comply with all safety and operating procedures
· Learn the wash process and general understanding of equipment
· Maintain a clean and inviting environment throughout the wash property

What You’ll Need:
· High School Diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled
· Must be at least 16 years of age
· Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
· Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
· A professional image that adheres to our appearance guidelines
· Self-starter and team player

Salary:
$12-14/hour; Commission and incentive bonuses
