As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children to help them build communication, social, and daily living skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Teach and reinforce communication, social, and behavioral skills
- Collect and record data to track progress (training provided)
- Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings
- Work collaboratively with your BCBA and therapy team
Required
- RBT Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Experience working with children
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, or RBT
