Role Description The Regional Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Lakeville, MN, responsible for overseeing multiple New Creations locations within a defined region. This role provides leadership and support to Center Directors and staff, ensuring consistent implementation of the organization’s educational philosophy, Christ-centered mission, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring enrollment and operational performance, guiding curriculum implementation, and ensuring compliance with state licensing and health and safety regulations. The Regional Director will regularly visit centers, coach and develop leaders, assist with hiring decisions, and help address family concerns and feedback. This role also collaborates with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, budget management, and continuous improvement of programs and services.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including experience supervising multiple locations or teams.
- Strong organizational and operational skills, with the ability to oversee compliance, scheduling, and center performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with staff and families.
- Background in early childhood education, child care administration, or a related field; experience in a faith-based or Christ-centered setting is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decisions related to enrollment, staffing, and quality improvement.
- Skill in conflict resolution, coaching, and performance feedback to support staff development.
- Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools for reporting, documentation, and communication.
- Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Business, or a related discipline; advanced credentials or director-level experience are a plus.
- Ability to travel regularly between regional locations and work on-site in Lakeville, MN.
