Join our team and make a difference in the lives of young children! New Creation Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Director to lead our childcare center. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, early childhood education principles, and a proven track record in leadership and management.
Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring compliance with all OEC/NAEYC/AQIS regulations.
- Develop and implement curriculum and programs that promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of children.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, providing open communication and support.
- Collaborate with Foundation Executive Staff to manage budgets, marketing, and enrollment, ensuring the financial stability and growth of the center.
Qualifications:
- Education: BA or AA degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in as a director in a childcare setting
- Certifications: CDPD and CDA
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles. Business acumen and familiarity with licensing requirements and health and safety regulations.
- Qualities: Passionate about child development, emotionally intelligent, and adept at building relationships.
