- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and industrial cleaning tools to ensure optimal results.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas.
- Assist with specialized tasks like floor care—including buffing and polishing floors—and light maintenance work as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and thoroughly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution.
Requirements
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred; experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is highly valued.
