Experienced HVAC Service Tech
Location: Brookville, OH
Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 40 hours weekly | Monday through Friday | Optional 4-10 workweek!

What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- HVAC technical school completion certificate
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service abilities
- NATE certification preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate recommendations clearly to customers
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Assist with training and development of other technicians
