The Teaching Assistant will be responsible for preparing and cleaning the studios before and after classes as well as assisting the professor and students during the class.Teaching Assistant:
- Provide guidance to students
- Class/lab work, grade quizzes, set up experiments, take down experiments hold office hours, hold problem solving sessions
- Assisting faculty with classroom instruction, records, and assignments
- Lead student discussion sections
- Meeting with students during office hours
- Conferencing with students individually or in small groups
- Delivering lectures and guest lectures
- Grading assignments or papers
- Managing course communications
- Preparing laboratory materials
- Recording and calculating grades
- Enforcing laboratory rules and procedures
- Taking attendance and monitoring participation
- Obtaining and distributing course materials
