What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Assistant, NCSA, Outreach Coordinator position at New College of Florida?
This position is responsible for maintaining clear lines of communication between students, faculty, and staff members regarding CGA events, goals, and initiatives.,
- Prioritize increasing knowledge of Green-related events, classes, projects, clubs, etc, among the students
- Use marketing management such as emails, flyers, posters, etc
- Frequent post to the CGA social media accounts and work with campus-wide organizations such as SAUCE (Student Activities and Campus Engagement), AOC programs, NCSA newsletters, etc, to communicate important information
- Submit material to the Environmental Studies newsletter as relevant
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be an enrolled student, must be in good academic standing (maintain minimum cumulative institutional 2.5 GPA for undergraduate students and 3.0 GPA for graduate students)
- Experience in student government of similar leadership roles is highly preferred.
- Familiar with the Student Government Constitution and Statutes.
