Instructor I, Educational Leadership

This position will help with the groundbreaking masters’ program that will produce the next generation of excellent school leaders

• Ensure each graduate will be ready to lead schools
• Teach in a graduate program that produces leaders who will be ready to create exceptional school culture
• Lead highly performing school teams
• Build talent that leads to outlier outcomes for students and families
• Lead instruction of core classes and oversee clinical coursework where future leaders will develop their teaching and leadership skills on the front lines
• Teach 2 courses/semester, plus supervision of clinical courses, cohort culture building experiences, capstone projects, and student recruitment with support in growing the program
• Other duties as assigned

A Ph.D./Ed.D. in education or a related field is required by the date of employment or ten or more years of education leadership at the principal, principal manager, and/or superintendent level with a track record of positive outlier resultsPostdoctoral or higher education teaching experience is preferred
Clinical experience in school leadership or research in effective leadership practices are particular areas of interest
