The Role

- Build, sustain, and lead a competitive intercollegiate swimming & diving program
- Design and execute training that develops disciplined, high-performing athletes
- Oversee practice planning, meet preparation, and athlete development
- Establish clear expectations, track outcomes, and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure full compliance with institutional, conference, and regulatory requirements
- Recruit, attract, and yield student-athletes aligned with New College’s academic and athletic standards
- Serve as a visible ambassador for the College with prospective students, families, and coaches
- Build recruiting pipelines that contribute to enrollment growth and student success
- Lead camps, clinics, and community engagement efforts that expand the program’s reach
- Partner with Admissions and campus leadership to support institutional priorities
