As we grow and expand into new locations, this could be where your growth story begins!
Your playground:
- Supervising Front of House operations
- Opening and closing the shop
- Handling transactions and deposits
- Mentoring scoopers
- Creating waffle cone masterpieces
- Maintaining the shop's allure
- Engaging guests and making them feel cherished
- Protecting company assets and ensuring profit maximization
- Upselling and adding value to the guest experience
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Mentoring and training prowess
- Communication wizardry for conflict resolution and team direction
- Strong attention to detail. We use Restaurant365, Toast, and Paycom to streamline processes.
Your schedule:
- 4-6 Shifts per week, 32-40 hours/week.
- Daytime shifts available
- Weekends and holidays
