The Warehouse Manager oversees the daily operations of warehouse operations, fleet logistics, purchasing, and supply chain coordination. This role manages a small team including delivery truck driver/warehouse assistants, ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are efficiently managed to support our field teams and customer projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, organization, and cleanliness.
- Supervise and support warehouse and delivery staff, promoting safety and accountability.
- Manage purchasing, vendor relationships, and material sourcing to meet project needs.
- Oversee fleet maintenance, delivery scheduling, and equipment logistics.
- Maintain accurate inventory and asset tracking systems.
- Coordinate tool and equipment repairs, returns, and field assignments.
- Oversee building maintenance and shop upkeep.
- Identify and implement process improvements in warehouse and supply chain operations.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of warehouse or supply chain experience, preferably in construction, HVAC, or related trades.
- Experience with purchasing, vendor management, and material sourcing.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Mechanical aptitude with ability to operate warehouse equipment and trucks/trailers.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license (truck/trailer experience preferred).
- Clean driving record.
