About The Role
We're looking for an HVAC Technician who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, and shows up ready to be part of a team.
What You'll Do
- Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems (commercial and residential)
- Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, including reading and using wiring diagrams
- Diagnose and service natural gas and propane systems
- Complete preventative maintenance and identify issues before they become larger problems
- Respond to service calls and emergency situations with professionalism and urgency
- Communicate clearly with customers, coordinators, and leadership
- Follow work orders, document work accurately, and ensure jobs are fully completed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Work as part of a team - supporting others and asking for help when needed
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred)
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
- Comfortable using tablets, dispatch systems, and digital work orders
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb ladders up to 24 feet
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- $30 – $40 per hour, based on experience
