Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an F&I Manager based in Glendale, CA. The F&I Manager will be responsible for guiding customers through financing and insurance options, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Core responsibilities include providing expert advice on financial products, preparing and managing finance agreements, collaborating with the sales team, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves auditing contracts and overseeing the submission of all documents to financial institutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Three years of proven, verified and successful experience in automotive finance and insurance (Honda experience a plus)
Explains financing documents, extended warranties, manufacturers, and dealership service procedures and policies to customers to increase their understanding of the sales transaction, protections, and services available
The Finance Manager is responsible for the timely completion, review and verification of all financing documents required to complete sales of New and Pre-owned vehicles and the final backstop in the deal process
Knowledge of regulations and laws governing financing in the automotive industry and observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
Being honest and transparent with people, in an effort to do the right thing within the letter and spirit of the law.
Be an example of professional morals, ethics, appearance and excellent customer service
Advanced ability to operate Finance and Insurance portion of Dealer Management System with emphasis on Reynolds and Reynolds. DocuPad experience is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; deals creatively, logically and empathetically with customers and coworkers.
