What are the responsibilities and job description for the Elementary Kitchen Manager position at New Castle Community School Corporation?
Essential Functions
- Serv Safe Manager Certification or ability to become certified immediately
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and preparing bulk meals
- Extensive computer knowledge including microsoft office and google suite
- Extensive knowledge of the USDA meal pattern requirements
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required
- All other duties as assigned by the Director of Food Service
