New Brunswick Counseling Center in Burlington is seeking a dedicated and Bilingual licensed clinician to join our compassionate and supportive team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for mental health and substance use disorders.
- Create individualized treatment plans and deliver effective therapeutic interventions.
- Facilitate engaging individual and group counseling sessions both in-person and through telemedicine.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Support clients with coping strategies, stress management, and overall behavioral health improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Active New Jersey licensure as an LSW or LAC.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage caseloads both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bilingual-Spanish is required.
