Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an early childhood education setting.
- Knowledge of state childcare licensing regulations and accreditation standards (e.g., NAEYC, QRIS).
- Familiarity with quality assessment tools (e.g., CLASS®, ECERS, ITERS, TPOT).
- Experience with coaching, mentoring, or adult learning preferred.
- Strong organizational, observation, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and communicate effectively with staff and families.
