About The Program
The New Breed Graphic Design Internship is a paid, full-time internship for early-career creatives to gain hands-on experience in graphic design and visual marketing.
As a Graphic Design Intern, you'll support the creation of visual assets for New Breed's internal marketing team. You'll work within an established brand framework, taking creative direction from senior team members and building your skills through real projects. While you won't be working independently on client-facing deliverables, you'll contribute to meaningful work with close mentorship and review at every step.
AI will be integrated throughout many projects, so curiosity and a willingness to explore how it can support creative workflows are essential.
What You Will Do
This is an in-office program based in Burlington, VT, at our Hula Lakeside campus. Local housing and reliable daily transportation are required. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., from May through August.

What You Will Do
- Assist in creating marketing assets including graphics, social content, email visuals, and campaign collateral, under the direct guidance of a senior team member
- Learn to work within New Breed's brand framework to produce consistent, on-brand visual content
- Support demand generation and web strategy teams by providing visual assets that align with campaign goals
- Experiment with AI tools to support design ideation, with oversight from your team
- Participate in regular check-ins to build skills and receive structured feedback
- Real experience contributing to a professional marketing team in a B2B consulting environment
- A working understanding of how design supports marketing strategy and business outcomes
- Exposure to AI-driven tools used in modern creative workflows
- Regular feedback and mentorship to help you grow and build toward a full-time Specialist role upon completion of the internship, post-graduation
- Recent graduate, upcoming graduate, or co-op student with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Foundation in Graphic Design – Graphic Design, Visual Communications, and Marketing concentrations are a strong fit
- We will request design samples if you advance in our interview process
- Hands-on familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma
- Comfortable taking creative direction and working within brand guidelines
- Curious about AI and eager to learn
- Organized, collaborative, and responsive to feedback
- Able to commit to full-time, in-person hours in Burlington, VT, with reliable housing and transportation
