New Blue Insurance Agency is a growing Allstate exclusive agency focused on helping individuals and families protect what matters most. We are looking for a motivated, people-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, helping others, and being part of a supportive team environment.
This is a hybrid sales and service role, perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with clients, identifying opportunities, and providing excellent ongoing support. You will play an important role in helping customers understand their coverage options while also creating long-term relationships built on trust.

What You’ll Do
Build Relationships & Grow the Business
- Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs
- Educate clients on coverage options including auto, home, renters, and life insurance
- Identify opportunities to provide additional value through coverage reviews
- Follow up with prospects and clients to maintain strong relationships
Provide Excellent Customer Support
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage explanations
- Help guide clients through the claims process when needed
- Respond promptly to inquiries with professionalism and care
- Ensure a positive and smooth customer experience from start to finish
Contribute to a Positive Team Environment
- Maintain a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Collaborate with team members to support agency growth
- Continuously learn and stay informed about insurance products and industry updates

Qualifications
- Active California Personal Lines License (required)
- Prior insurance or Allstate experience (preferred but not required)
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
