The Opportunity: We're currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Prep & Line Cook to join our kitchen team. What You'll Do: Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and quality standards. Set up and stock your station with all necessary supplies. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Work efficiently and effectively during busy service periods. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food service. Assist with food prep tasks as needed. Follow proper food handling and storage procedures. Be a team player and contribute to a positive and supportive kitchen environment.
What You Bring: Previous experience as a line cook in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred. Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure under pressure. Strong knife skills and basic cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
