What are the responsibilities and job description for the Per Diem Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at New Behavioral Network?
New Behavioral Network is currently looking for passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team and provide in-home ABA Therapy services after-school hours and some weekends. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with potential for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct ABA Therapy to clients in their homes
- Supervise and provide clinical support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Interventionists (BIs)
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families and team members to promote meaningful outcomes
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB Board
- Experience conducting FBAs and writing BIPs
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior management strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Availability during after-school hours (typically 3pm–7pm) and on weekends as needed
Location: In-home services in the Browns Mills / Ft. Dix
