We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). In this role, you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities while working closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services in a clinic setting.
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as designed by the BCBA
- Collect and record accurate behavioral data during each session
- Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain timely and accurate session notes and documentation
- Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team regarding client progress
- Assist with caregiver training and implementation of behavior strategies
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions as required
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or 40-hour training preferred (not required)
- Ability to pass a background check and meet state requirements
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with autism, ABA therapy, or developmental disabilities
- Background in behavioral health, mental health, childcare, or special education
- Previous roles such as Behavior Technician, RBT, BT, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, or Caregiver
