- Provide direct support to children and families involved in child welfare or adoption cases, ensuring their needs are met with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Monitor client progress through regular check-ins, documentation, and reporting to ensure goals are being met effectively.
- Advocate for clients’ rights and needs within various systems while maintaining compliance with legal and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children and adolescent case management.
- Knowledge of child welfare systems.
- Strong understanding of childcare practices and family support strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trustful relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent ability to provide timely and accurate written reports and progress notes.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Relevant certifications or training preferred.
