What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Pediatric Clinic position at New Beginnings Pediatric Therapy?
About us
New Beginnings is a locally owned and operated group of Licensed, Certified Pediatric Speech Pathologists in private practice located in El Paso, Texas. We pride ourselves on being the most dedicated, caring, and helpful family of Feeding, Speech, Physical and Occupational Therapists our patients will ever work with.
We believe every child is unique and very special, and that no other provider will give our patients the attention, the individualized therapy, or the results that we produce again and again in our practice.
We also believe that the best hope for our patients begins by involving the family in all aspects of our intervention. We invite parents into therapy sessions so they can watch how their child’s therapist works toward achieving therapy goals. After each session, our therapists are given the opportunity to discuss patient progress and provide resources and instruction about how our patients can continue working on therapeutic goals at home.
Our therapists are a part of a cross-functional team, dedicated to improving our patients' lives in a loving, caring environment. We offer our therapists on-going direct supervision, mentoring, and continuing education to build their skills and grow in their field.
