We currently are looking for 1-2 full time RBTs to join our school based team! The hours are 7-2:30 Monday through Friday with no evenings or weekends required!

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with individuals who are diagnosed with Autism or related diagnoses directly in their home or schools. Flexible schedule with career advancement opportunities. We will provide comprehensive BCBA field work supervision to candidates who are seeking licensure as a BCBA, with ample amount of unrestricted hour opportunities.

Requirements: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Valid RBT certification (required, will help you obtain prior to starting if needed)
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities: Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Provide 1:1 therapy to clients directly in their homes or schools
- Complete tasks required/requested and within time frame allocated by BCBA
- Run allocated programming and number of targets requested by BCBA each therapy session
- Follow clients treatment plan with high fidelity
- Collect data during each therapy session.
- Completes session notes within 24 hours of the therapy session ending
- Complete all training to proficiency, including Safety Care, CPR, First Aid, and RBT
- Attend team meetings for therapy clients
- Complete the proper paperwork for each shift worked (billings submitted via Rethink software)
- Travel to and from client’s homes and schools as needed for therapy sessions
- Attend scheduled staff meetings and training sessions as needed
- Prepares materials for the next shift, cleans up after shift

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
