New Beginnings Thrift Store in Kennewick, WA is looking for one assistant manager to join our 26 person strong team. We are located on 111 W 1st Ave. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders
- Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
- Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
- Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Ensure product quality and price product accordingly
- Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused environment
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven leadership/ assistant manager experience in retail
- High school diploma or GED
- Open availability Monday-Saturday (40 hours/week) and most holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift 25-50lbs regularly
