What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Home Assistant Manager position at New Beginnings for Life, LLC?
New Beginnings For Life LLC is an integrated life skills-residential living program dedicated to helping disabled adults live independently. A full-time 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday* Group Home Assistant Manager. Med Certified with flexibility* to cover some 2nd shift, 3rd shift and weekends shifts if needed.
Some of the primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Payroll
Audit the individual's documentation books 3x per week
Switch out monthly documentation
Scan over monthly behavior data to our behaviorist
Help schedule Dr appointments
Know how to resolve conflicts between coworkers in a professional manner
Assist with monthly fire drills
Help train new staff that come into the home
Attend IP meetings with Director
Pass medications as needed
Excellent opportunity for exposure to the Director and Owner. This person will also be required to work with clients and transportation as needed. We are looking for someone with open flexibility that can assist with 2nd shift, 3rd shift and transportation as needed. Candidate should have strong communication and team work skills.
