We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Packers to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for packing, labeling, inspecting, and preparing finished products for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack finished products according to company standards and production requirements.
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and visible defects before packaging.
- Label, seal, and organize packages for storage or shipment.
- Operate basic packaging equipment and production tools as instructed.
- Ensure products are properly counted, sorted, and packaged.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
- Meet daily production and packaging goals.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
- No formal education requirements.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain productive throughout the shift.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
Pay: $24.30 - $29.30 per hour
