Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented HR Business Partner to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with HR leadership and business units to support day-to-day people operations, help implement HR initiatives, and ensure a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR leaders to support key areas of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Help coordinate HR programs such as performance reviews, employee surveys, and training sessions.
- Support team leaders with workforce planning, employee feedback, and team communications.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and assist with data reporting and analysis.
- Participate in HR projects focused on improving processes, culture, and compliance.
- Ensure HR policies are communicated clearly and applied consistently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Internship or part-time experience in an HR, People Ops, or related role is a plus.
- Passion for employee engagement, communication, and problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with HR tools (e.g., BambooHR, Lattice, Workday) is a bonus.
