We're hiring for a full-time Exterior Home Renovation Sales Consultant right here in beautiful Charleston, SC. You'll be helping homeowners improve their homes through roof replacements, siding upgrades, window installations, and insurance-funded storm damage restoration projects. 🙌

🔨 WHAT YOU'LL DO

This isn't a desk job - it's a boots-on-the-ground sales role where you'll be out in the community, generating leads and closing deals on exterior home improvement projects:

📍 Visit neighborhoods with older homes or recent storm damage

📍 Knock on doors, make connections, and offer free inspections

📍 Inspect roofs, siding, and windows for visible wear or damage

📍 Educate homeowners on their options - insurance-funded or retail

📍 Present estimates, sign contracts, and guide clients through the install process

From storm restoration to window and siding upgrades, you'll become the go-to expert homeowners trust to protect and beautify their homes 🏠💬

📋 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who knows how to build rapport, follow up like a pro, and close confidently. You might have roofing sales, window sales, or home remodeling sales experience - or maybe you're just hungry to learn and crush it in a new industry. 💪

You'll do great if you're:

🔥 Experienced in sales (at least 2-3 years preferred)

🔥 Comfortable climbing roofs, walking job sites, and knocking doors

🔥 Tech-friendly and ready to use CRMs and mobile apps for follow-up

🔥 Confident, coachable, self-driven, and community-minded

Experience with exterior remodeling, insurance claims, or storm damage inspections? Even better. If not, we'll train you with everything you need to succeed 🚀

Salary: $75,000-$200,000/yr
