Duties
- Lead and coordinate weekly worship services, ensuring seamless musical and spiritual flow.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering their musical and spiritual development through ongoing teaching and support.
- Collaborate with pastors and ministry leaders to plan worship themes, song selections, and service elements that align with the church’s vision.
- Cultivate a positive team atmosphere by encouraging open communication, teamwork, and mutual respect among all worship participants.
- Oversee the rehearsal schedule, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance quality.
- Develop new ways to engage the congregation through innovative musical arrangements and creative expressions of worship.
- Maintain equipment, music libraries, and resources necessary for effective worship leading.
