Teacher Position – New Beginning Christian Child Development Center

We are looking for caring, dependable, and enthusiastic teachers who have a heart for children and a passion for early childhood education.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities.
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
- Communicate professionally with parents and staff.
- Follow all Alabama DHR regulations and center policies.
- Complete required documentation and participate in staff meetings and professional development.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- CDA credential (or currently enrolled/willing to obtain, if applicable).
- Experience working with young children is preferred.
- Must pass background checks and meet all state licensing requirements.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a genuine love for children are a must.
