Position Overview
New Beeginnings Learning Academy, LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Administrative Support Assistant to provide daily clerical and administrative support to our office leadership team. This position supports the organization of paperwork, communication, and basic office operations within a licensed childcare setting.
This is a non-supervisory, entry-level position. Training and guidance will be provided. No prior administrative experience is required.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide general administrative and clerical support to office leadership
- Answer phones and greet families in a professional manner
- Organize, scan, file, and maintain paperwork and records
- Assist with enrollment documents and missing information
- Use office computer software systems to enter, update, and organize information
- Assist with creating basic flyers, announcements, and office materials as directed
- Support social media and communication materials under leadership guidance
- Prepare forms, copies, and materials for daily operations
- Support tours, reminders, and basic office follow-ups
- Assist with additional administrative and office support tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass a background check and physical (required for childcare settings)
- Entry-level position — no prior administrative experience required
- Teachable, dependable, and willing to learn
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable navigating computer software systems
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
