- Notifying residents in advance of work affecting their dwelling
- Ensuring access for contractors & vendors, addressing concerns, and reporting on daily work activities
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse populations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly
- Knowledge of public relations principles combined with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
