Mission:

New Balance’s North America Commercial Planning Department is responsible for short term and long-range planning, pricing, and analytics work across the region. You will work closely with Regional Planning Managers, Channel Managers, Account Managers and Key Account Merchants supporting the development of our go-to-market process. The co-op will also be responsible for monthly reporting, ad hoc sell in/sell thru analysis, competitive research and ad hoc business analysis. The co-op will also work with data visualization tools and build and maintain analytics reports to seek out opportunities to advance the New Balance business.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Data analysis – past and current performance
  • Geographic strategy – find sales optimizations via geographic analytics
  • Create new reports/processes to improve synergy across commercial planning

Requirements for Success:

  • Proficient in excel
  • Work independently and successfully in a cross-functional team environment
  • Highly engaged and ready to learn, excellent communication skills

Boston, MA Headquarters - (NB) Only Pay Range: $22.00 - $22.00 - $22.00 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)

Flexible Work Schedule

For decades we have fostered a unique culture founded on our values with a particular focus on in-person teamwork and collaboration. Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced “Work from Anywhere” (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
