Property Access and Control Guard (PAAC)

Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and professional Property Access & Control Guard to manage guest check-ins, enforce property rules, and help ensure the safety and smooth operation of the resort. The ideal candidate has great people skills, can handle light administrative duties, and can stay calm and courteous under pressure

Responsibilities

• Greet and Check in renters and owners at the gate
• Handling money transactions (cash, card, mobile payments, etc.)
• Security or surveillance (monitoring cameras, reporting suspicious activity)
• Rule enforcement (politely but firmly enforcing property or pool rules)
• Customer service in high-traffic or hospitality environments
• Working with short-term rental guests (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)
• Controlling property access (gates, wristbands, passes, etc.)
• Handle basic cash and card transactions
• Verify wristbands and enforce usage requirements for pool and common areas
• Enforce property, noise, and pool rules professionally and consistently
• Maintain accurate logs of incidents, check-ins, and payments
• Communicate clearly with management, owners, and guests

Experience
Candidates should have the following skills and experience:

• Prior experience in security, customer service, or property management
• CPR or basic first aid certification is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other) is a plus
• Strong administrative experience, including office tasks such as data entry, filing, and phone etiquette.
• A proven track record in customer service within a property management context is highly desirable. This role requires an individual who is proactive, organized, and capable of maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
