The rate of pay for this position is $55,ooo per year plus sales based commission.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm with some flexibility required.

New Avenues for Youth is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Manager to lead both inside and outside sales for our growing screen-printing shop. This person will drive revenue through strategic outreach, client relationship management, and sales operations—all while supporting a social enterprise model that empowers youth. Ideal candidates bring a background in screen printing, apparel, or promotional product sales, and thrive in a mission-based environment. This includes but is not limited to:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue goals
- Generating new business leads through cold calling, use of social networks and other forms of networking, and community events
- Together with the office manager, oversee inbound sales inquiries, prepare quotes, and follow up to close deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with businesses, nonprofits, and community groups
- Mentor and support youth interns when opportunities arise during order intake or customer interaction

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for screen printing, apparel, or promotional products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills—both verbal and written
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Commitment to social justice, equity, and working with a diverse population
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in screen printing or custom apparel sales and/or production
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
