Job Overview
New Appearance Cleaning Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Independent Commerical Cleaner subcontractors to provide high-quality commercial cleaning services for offices and commercial building. This position is located in Richmond Virginia & the surrounding counties
This is a 1099 position – you are responsible for managing your own, transportation, insurance, and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior
- Securing client facilities after servicing
- Communicate job completion and issues properly
- Maintain clean and organized supplies
Qualifications
- Ability to follow written cleaning checklists and site instructions
- Must operate as an Independent Contractor (1099)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent time management and reliability
- Comfortable using a smartphone for job updates, photos, and communication
- Must maintain confidentiality and security of client facilities
- Minimum of 2 year commercial or janitorial cleaning experience required
- Experience in residential cleaning is a plus
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation and drivers license
- Must provide own cleaning supplies and equipment (unless otherwise specified)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must have experience of commercial cleaning
- Must be willing to obtain general liability insurance
