What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fabrication OPS Clerk position at NEW ANGUS LLC?
Position Summary
The individual is responsible for assisting the department supervisors with daily tasks.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- For Human Resources:
- Reconcile Daily Attendance, Call Ins and NCNS List
- Drop Off/Collect IDs for replacement or repair
- Email/Drop off paperwork (Discipline, Status Change, PTO, and Termination)
- Enter PTO requests into Paycom
- For Production:
- Print daily HOG report by line and distribute to supervisors
- Weekly print and distribute Crewing Report to supervisors
- Weekly update Job Listings per report and post in hallway
- Consolidate daily production info and create Production Report
- Manage locker roster and assign new hires lockers
- For Supervisors:
- Generate requested: Transfer, Disciplinary, and Corrective Action paperwork
- Track supervisors’ monthly safety paperwork and line meetings and inform when deficient
- Provide monthly list of eligible STARS candidates by line, manage parking passes, and silver hat exchanges
- Track employee attendance points and generate Corrective Actions at landmark points
- Coordinate with Health Services and inform supervisors of changes in restrictions and appointments
- Call all employees daily who are no call no shows to remind of points policy and ask why they are not at work and when we can expect their return
- For Manager:
- Track production data points (XF%, Leakers, and Combo Weights)
- Maintain office cleanliness and coordinate with Janitors when needed
- Required to be in office during all scheduled production breaks to assist employees with PTO, Paycom, and Policy requests and questions
- Provide translation services for departments, Health Services, and HR to include translation entire On-Boarding class
- Work in production at Managers request (Laundry, Scale Operator, and Trimmer) to cover PTO and absenteeism
Requirements:
- Obey safety rules and exercise caution in all work activities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organization and communication
- Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bi-Lingual (Fluent in Spanish, Karen or Somali and English)
