About Us The Godbout Group at New American Funding is a locally rooted mortgage team dedicated to helping clients navigate the home loan process with honesty and confidence. We pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with our clients and referral partners throughout the Greater Manchester area. Salary $45,000 - $50,000 plus commissions $25,000 -$50,000.
What You'll Do
- Support Loan Officers throughout the mortgage process from application to closing
- Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation
- Communicate with clients, processors, and referral partners to keep loans moving forward
- Prepare loan files and assist with submissions to underwriting
- Follow up on outstanding conditions and outstanding items in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records in the loan origination system
- Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers throughout the process
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of mortgage or financial services experience preferred
- NMLS license a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic computer systems; experience with loan origination software a plus
