Duties
- Complete turnover maintenance on vacant units.
- Perform routine maintenance on residential properties.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with tenants and property managers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in general property maintenance and unit turnovers.
- Ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and basic tools required.
- Attention to detail a must.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- EPA Lead Certified a plus.
