Role Description The Dietitian will provide evidence-based nutritional assessment, counseling, and education to research participants involved in clinical trials, with a focus on weight management and medical nutrition therapy. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing participant medical histories, developing individualized nutrition care plans, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and collaborating with investigators and clinical staff to align dietary interventions with study protocols. The role also involves contributing to study documentation, maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting participant retention through ongoing engagement and follow-up. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Miami, FL, with a combination of on-site work at the research facility and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong core nutrition and dietetics skills, including Dietetics and Nutrition.
- Candidates should possess clinical nutrition skills, including Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutritional Counseling.
- Open to new grads
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential and current state licensure (or eligibility) in Florida preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex nutrition information clearly, maintain detailed documentation, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
