What You'll Earn
Starting pay based on experience
$35 bonus for every successful first-time clean completed as a team lead
$110 bonus / week as a trainer
$10 / 5 Star Google Review

What a Typical Day Looks Like
You'll arrive at your first client's home by 8:30 AM, complete your scheduled visits, and be done by end of day — no late nights, no weekends. Your schedule is confirmed every Wednesday for the following week so you always know what's coming.
What We're Looking For
Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
Reliable — shows up on time and communicates if something comes up
Comfortable working independently majority of the time but also as part of a team
Prior cleaning, hospitality, or caregiving experience is a plus — not required, we train!
Must be okay with pets in some homes
Must pass a background check (required before hire)
Must have a reliable form of transportation
