NeverStopMoving365 is looking for a motivated, growth-minded business partner to help scale our Lancaster County territory. This role is ideal for someone who loves sales, community outreach, organization, numbers, and making sure the operational side of a growing business runs smoothly.

About NeverStopMoving365:
NeverStopMoving365 provides movement-based programming for children through personal training, sports instruction, enrichment programs, school and community partnerships, special events and more. We believe movement builds confidence - and confidence changes what children believe they can do.

Our Mission: 
To get more children moving beyond the school day while building confidence through positive, personalized and practical movement experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Business development and cold outreach to schools, preschools, PTAs, camps, recreation departments, daycares, community organizations and other prospective partners.
• Grassroots local marketing, including flyers, business cards, yard signs, community events and relationship-building throughout the territory.
• Social media outreach and engagement that generates conversations, leads and local brand awareness.
• Consistent prospect follow-up and management of the sales pipeline from first contact through a clear next step.
• Budget and expense management, with attention to revenue, profitability and responsible territory growth.
• Weekly and monthly KPI tracking, including leads, proposals, bookings, revenue, payroll, expenses and margins.
• Identifying growth opportunities and helping build the infrastructure needed as the territory adds programs, clients and coaches.

• A proactive salesperson who is comfortable initiating conversations and hearing “no.”
• Someone who follows up consistently and enjoys turning outreach into opportunities.
• A community connector who is willing to get out into the local market and represent the brand.
• An organized operator who can manage schedules, details, expenses and deadlines.

Compensation:

• Commission-based
