WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As Senior Sales Supervisor at Never Fully Dressed, you will act as a core representative of the brand within the US, partnering with the Store Manager to drive a high-performing, inclusive team culture. You will lead by example—coaching and developing team members, delivering actionable feedback, and strengthening overall sales performance. You will take initiative in creating innovative selling strategies and owning clienteling processes to grow and retain the NYC client base. You’ll create a feel-good, inclusive store experience for all customers through expert styling, exceptional service, and a results-driven mindset, to achieve sales targets and KPIs, and ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and inspired.
YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Driving Sales & Customer Service: Lead the team in delivering exceptional, personalised customer service and an inclusive, memorable store experience. Drive clienteling through proactive relationship-building, consistent outreach, and follow-up; champion community initiatives to strengthen the brand presence; and strategically drive sales growth while fostering long-term customer loyalty.
- Styling & Product Knowledge: Assist in leading the team to deliver personalised styling advice tailored to each customer’s needs, while maintaining and sharing expert knowledge of collections, key pieces, fits, fabrics, seasonal trends, and NFD styling. Support the team in proactively communicating the brand’s USPs and maximising selling opportunities while partnering with the Store Manager and providing actionable feedback and insights to Head Office to drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives for growth.
- Leading & Development: Assist, in partnership with the Store Manager, in coaching and mentoring the sales team by providing real-time feedback, leading by example on the shop floor, and fostering a positive, collaborative, and supportive environment that drives personal development, team growth, and improved sales performance.
- Store Standards & Operations: Uphold exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards, ensuring the sales floor reflects the brand at all times. Oversee stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and POS/cash handling processes. Set the standard for shop floor etiquette and operational excellence, while driving innovation by proactively implementing new ideas to enhance customer engagement, elevate the store experience, and optimise overall performance
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Retail Experience: 1-3 years supervisory retail experience preferred; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
- Systems: Knowledge of Shopify POS, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, inventory management and cash handling
- Problem-Solver: Ability to adapt and find solutions in response to challenges, align with local activity or seasonal changes to ensure targets can be met
