Scope Of Responsibility
- Commission and train for all Nevco Equipment
- Terminate Fiber optics and other low voltage cabling
- Serve as an escalation point for unresolved issues on-site and complex troubleshooting scenarios
- Self-learning product knowledge to become an in-house technical expert on software and electronic systems
- Assist in developing technical documentation and training resources
- Program and configure advanced systems and video displays
- Provide feedback of trending issues to engineering and product installation teams
- Handle all travel coordination
- Successful candidates should have 3 years of technical support experience, preferably in electronics or related fields
- Strong discipline and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot across systems and applications
- Ability to diagnosis and repair electronic systems and LED components both on-site and remotely.
- Patience and tactfulness to collaborate with customers that are experiencing problems and may be upset or in stressful situations with emphasis on simplifying and enhancing customer experience
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communications skill required
- Interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record is a must
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Must be able to operate lift equipment at elevation (certification is a plus)
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
