Nevarez Auto Repair & Collision is looking for a sharp, organized Administrative Assistant (Entry Level) for our Houston office. This is a full-time, on-site role. If you are organized and ready to start your professional career, we want to meet you. No experience needed—we provide full training!. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and possess strong communication abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional support to our team and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle filing, scanning, and digital record-keeping.
- Greet visitors and manage the main phone line.
- Prepare repair orders and process customer invoices.
- Assist management with daily shop schedules.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Clear verbal and written English (Spanish is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- A polite and helpful attitude with every guest.
