This role is responsible for managing and expanding high-value, complex treasury relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to our clients, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and drive growth across our suite of treasury products and services. Essential Functions:
- Serve as a key contact for a portfolio of high value, complex Treasury Management clients, providing expert servicing and support.
- Develop and grow client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering customized treasury solutions.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues, including coordination with internal teams and escalation when necessary.
- Collaborate with bankers, product teams and management to address client concerns and deliver seamless service.
- Responsible for properly aligning loan clients with treasury products, which fit their ongoing needs.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and partner with internal stakeholders to expand client engagement across the bank's offerings.
- Lead onboarding efforts for major client relationships and complex industry segments, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and value-added service.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Treasury Management team and broader organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in business, finance or related field and some banking, treasury/cash management, product sales, relationship management, lending or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
- Deep understanding of treasury management products, banking operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong sales acumen and relationship management skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and resolve issues effectively.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented and committed to delivering high qualify work.
- Proficient Microsoft Office and other relevant technology platforms.
- Some travel required.
