We are now accepting applications for a 40-hour Teller (Client Service Associate) Service Staff who will travel to various branches within a specified region surrounding a hub branch. The hub branch for this position is Durango South / 215 Fwy Branch in Las Vegas, NV.

Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Must be able to work a flexible schedule within the hours listed above.

Pay range (depending on experience): $17.85 - $21/hour
We are now accepting applications for a 40-hour Teller (Client Service Associate) Service Staff who will travel to various branches within a specified region surrounding a hub branch. The hub branch for this position is Durango South / 215 Fwy Branch in Las Vegas, NV.
Essential Functions:
- Be responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
- Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
- Resolve clients' problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
- Identify and maximize cross-sell bank opportunities through exploring needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
- Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
- Solid balancing and customer service skills.
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Driving is an essential function on this role and as such, employee must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
